Please download the registration form and fax it to the number on the form, e-mail it to amy.mulholland at yale.edu or mail it to the address listed below. Amy Mulholland Yale University will be closed on April 10, for the holiday weekend. Registrations will still be accepted at 203-432-0633 or via e-mail - amy.mulholland@yale.edu. Should you have any extenuating circumstances and cannont reach our office on April 10, we will extend the deadline until April 17. Registration forms will be accepted from January 5, 2009 - April 10, 2009. Travel funds are available to graduate students, young researchers and under represented minorities. If you would like to apply for the travel fund please download the form below. Travel fund forms are due back by April 10, 2009.
