Olympic Ice Dancing: Excel CSV Olympic Pairs Top 8: Excel CSV Olympic Mens Top 4 with SOV I won't recap all the details discussed elsewhere, but judges 5, 6, and 11 were excluded from the Short Program judging, and 4, 6, and 8 from the Free Skate. The 12 judges agreed with the randomly selected panel of 9 about the medal positions. Brief layout of my data format. I'm happy to be able to provide the actual competition data in a statistician-friendly format. I was able to reproduce the scores of the actual competition to within 0.01 (the rounding error used by the ISU), once I figured out which judges' scores must have been dropped. I also validated each of the "executed element" and "program component" row scores for each of the skaters. With both of the following tables, the base values should be checked carefully against the ISU's Detailed Scoring sheets. I believe these values may be "tweaked" quite frequently and are subject to change. Singles SOV Table from the USFSA. |
