The barcode() and gpairs() plots

Jay Emerson, Walton Green, and John Hartigan

This hierarchy has been superceded by the release of YaleToolkit as a package. We temporarily leave the following material up and available, though.

This directory contains beta source code (version June 1, 2006) for the barcode and generalized pairs plots presented at UseR! Vienna, Austria. We appreciate feedback (please send email to Jay at john.emerson@yale.edu), and fully expect to find bugs and make further improvements. Ultimately, these functions will be packaged. The sparkmat() function will be made available later in the summer.
