A T.test was carried out for the deviations for each Judge separately for the divers from their nationalities and divers from other than their nationalities. The Null hypothesis is that the mean deviations are equal to one and the Alternative hypothesis is that the mean deviations are greater than one.
The P-Values were significant for deviations for same nationality as the diver's for all the judge's except: BURK Hans-Peter, HUBER Peter, CALDERON Felix, RUIZ-PEDREGUERA Rolando and GEISSBUHLER Michael.
The test was significant for all the judges that judged dives not from their nationality. This implies that the judge's do not seem to be bias for divers from their nationality. They seem to have given scores greater than the median for both divers from their country and divers not from their country.
The accuracy of the test is a concern due to the sample size of the deviations of the scores for the same nationality for certain judges.
