The scenery and cinemaphotography may distract you from the fine script and terrific acting. Breathtaking and mind-boggling at the same time.<br /><br />As a lapsed Catholic, I did not find any LDS propaganda in this film disturbing, and did not make me want to shuck off my dirty-soul to find salvation. Ignore anyone who tried to divert you, it's not there.<br /><br />This is a story (once you get past the palm trees, waterfalls, and beautiful islanders) about volunteerism and the American spirit.<br /><br />Revel in it. Grasp it. Live it.
