The "Dark Ride" is a grisly terrifying amusement park ride in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Ten years after brutally murdering two girls during the ride, as well as hiding other victims on or near the premises; a sick killer escapes from his cell in a mental institution. The ride is being re-opened after all these years and the gruesome slayer wants to reclaim his former turf. A group of college friends on a road trip decide to save some motel rent by breaking into and staying the night inside the "Dark Ride". Unaware of what is really in store for them, they have little hope of remembering the night. The players include: Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Patrick Renna, Andrea Bogart, Jennifer Tisdale, David Rogers and Alex Solowitz.
