In your faxed message, please include your name, credit card number, check-in and check-out dates, and email address in case there is any problem. Please do not write dates in the form of "7/9/08", because this might be taken as September 7 in China. Also do not write more extensively on your request, as it could only make your reservation complicated. Please mention that your stay in the hotel is for International Conference on Statistics and Society at Renmin University, July 10-12.
